I've downloaded and deleted and redownloaded this app from my phone multiple times and it simply does not work. Crashes virtually every time I open it. The longest I got it to stay open was to complete the registration process (miraculously) but it crashed again when I attempted to login.

Every month I’m having a problem with this app. I can’t open the app to get my QR code to get on the bus because of their raggedy system. They need to get rid of this app and go back to selling regular bus passes. This app is no good and they did not think about if people need to get to work and into school, how would they if the app is it working? This is just absolutely trash! I would not recommend this app to anyone, and I mean anyone!
This is the second time that I have put money into something that the Buffalo Metro has said will work on the bus, both times it didn’t work and luckily the bus drivers were kind enough to let me in anyways. Now I look like an idiot not being able to pay my fares, don’t release an app and take peoples money if it doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time just go get cash back at tops 😂
