    Very unpredictable sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t

  • It’s basic

    I was impressed at first but the realized quickly that even with the premium subscription I purchased, I am receiving a very basic app and either limited or lazy programming. I can clearly hear what some conversations are yet the app fails to pick up that anyone is talking at all. Deleting the app and moving on.

  • Premium does not keep the app active

    Using the app to Record > Create a new speech record is useless with the constraint that the app must remain active. Managing to keep my phone from locking is too distracting during an interview. Decent transcription capability but the product is not mature enough to keep subscribing to premium features. Has failed once to complete upload, which also requires the app to stay active, though most uploads completed to the processing stage in a reasonable amount of time.

  • Life saver

    I had to transcribe audio minutes from our last team meeting and was in a time crunch when I reached out to a friend and asked if there was any way I could have it transcribed quickly. She responded, oh yeah, there are a lot of Apps in the app store, go check it out. I did and I am so happy I found summarizer. It’s perfect for my needs. Happy in Long Island.

  • Stuck buffering!

    Can someone please help me prevent my recorded meeting from getting deleted! I take important leadership meeting minutes using this app and twice now it has recorded the meeting but it staying stuck on the “Handling the record” page and just loading. It’s been buffering for 45 minutes now! I’m so upset! I trusted this app the assist me and it’s failing me!

  • Waiting for refund

    App wasn’t too bad but didn’t meet my needs in my short span of time. It said 14-day money back guarantee so I am concerned how this will go through considering I can’t do anything in the app. I ended my subscription but have no idea where to get my money back.
