Great clothes but…

The clothes are super cute and unique. I used to shop for them when I was in high school back in 2020. But this app excel even the website is incredibly glitchy and a lot of the pages don’t load at all. The shipping prices are also out of this world, but that’s doesn’t touch the frustration I get from trying to load a page or scroll through pictures and the app just skips or won’t load.

Good customer service

I have really loved my shoes purchase from this site so far.

Customer service is very slow!!

Whilst the items I have bought have been nice. The customer service is not up to scratch! If you have a problem or anything, they respond but don’t keep up the communication. I’ve been dealing with a problem since 30th August something of which could have been sorted then and 2 weeks later still waiting for it to be sorted. I never like to leave bad reviews but I can’t find a number for them which makes getting this sorted even harder!

Nice App

Everything is simply, clean and font is large. Very easy to navigate.

App freezes a lot when trying to add discount codes when getting to the payment always need to reload pages lose order have to start again

I have been trying to change the location to US and I can’t. It’s very frustrating. Please update the app.
