No issues getting this going, very powerful interface
No problems signing up and getting an account activated pairing the bluetooth dongle, connecting to the car and reading the data stream. I want it mainly for keeping an eye on my diesel parameters, soot, ash, it is just the job, also interesting to see what is stored by the car too. Impressed it will graph multiple data sources and capture the video of this. Only shame is this is iPhone app so does not scale too well on the iPad. But no issues using it and great value for me not wanting or needing a tablet just to read a few values.

It is quite impossible to open the app because it won’t send you a verification email. Is this a scam, or what’s going on? Bought the tool, downloaded the app, and nothing! What as waste of money. What a disappointment.

Great value for the price.
Great option for the price. The forced updates to use the app when you launch it is aggravating.
Don’t lock software when update needed.
Overall a great piece of kit, works well and app is clear and easy to use. However, if you don’t have an internet connection when you open up the app and you need to use the app - you cannot if an update is needed.
This renders the device unusable until the app updates, hardly ideal when you are on the road away from a network.
If the developers could have a skip update this time option and this allows the device to be usable.

No GM coverage
They had GM coverage last week but today it does not have coverage.
Very good tool, needs optimized for iPad
The best Bluetooth scan tool on the market but running apps that are not optimized for iPad is a clunky user experience. Please optimize for iPad.

Downloaded this and bought the Top Don VCi as it was highly recommended by my mechanic who had watched a few too many YouTube videos about it.
What an absolute waste of time and money.
It would not read VIN number or connect to a Kia Sorento, the first thing the app does is reads the VIN number then connects to the car.
Fair enough gave it benefit of doubt, then tried a Audi Q7 and a A3, on both vehicles it read the VIN numbers but wouldn’t connect to the cars in order to diagnose faults let alone repair or carry out special functions.
Claims to be a Bi-directional tool.
I think it’s a stool.
