Unusable

I downloaded this as my old v1 app was just saying I needed to add more information, despite EVERY field having a green check mark. This one is even worse. It asks for a six digit or 13 digit code or ticket number. But if you paste in the 13 digit ticket number it truncates it to 6 digits! But even if I manually type it in it won’t give my reservation (the v1 app found the same reservation). Clearly nobody on the development team has actually tried using this app as it simply doesn’t work.

Better than app 1

This is a really good app. You can see the improvements from the first one to this one. I can’t wait to see when all the features will be enabled.

Somehow worse than the original

The original Aeroméxico app was a disaster. This one’s even worse. Nonstop bugs, can’t do anything, not intuitive.

Last name

Please adjust your requirements for minimum characters in last name. Currently it’s set at 3 characters but some people have last names with 1 or 2 characters. Thank you.
