  • Stopped working and connecting

    My ring stopped working and connecting after several weeks. No updates or reconnection seem to work currently.

  • Ring Connection Issues

    This ring is awesome when it works. 3-4 weeks of owning the ring and I have have connectivity issues twice now. It’s getting very frustrating because I keep losing workout and step data. Support had me hard reset the ring during the first round of connectivity issues, this worked. The second time however the hard reset is not working (or activating on the device). Reached back out to support but it feels this product had a rushed production and testing period. Disappointed.

  • Month Review

    Where do I start
    - the ring has now three times glitched out and didn’t sync with my app to the point I had to do a hard reset the first time and lose all data. the second time it malfunction booth and sync I had to restart the ring and had to reconnect to the app. the third time to malfunction with Bluetooth I had to again restart the ring and connect to the app. 3x in 2 month is wild. Not to mention data lose and interruption.

    - the UI is not very helpful or insightful with metrics and values being simply “good” “great” “bad”. For example my recovery index is “pay attention” and that’s it. But tell me more? What’s the number value and why?

    - the app sync is pretty slow and causes a lag in the app and it glitches the UI. translation when manually syncing you need to wait about 5-8 seconds before you u can interact with the UI otherwise it lags hella.

    I dont know man I have a long list and lots of them are software issues and app design and the way me tricks and data is presented to you. But overall the sensors are great and device itself does as advertised and I noticed sleep and heart data to be on par with Apple Watch.

    This ring looks really nice. I like the color, and the auto detection feature is really helpful. Now I don't have to adjust it before exercising

  • Was working fine - now does not connect!!!

    It was working great for 3 weeks and now has stopped connecting to my iPhone.

    If it’s reliability and connectivity issues are fixed, this might be my favorite fitness tracker!

  • Terrible Customer Service

    I have been attempting to troubleshoot constant issues with customer service for over a month. At first, my ring stopped syncing, then it disconnected and wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth, recently started to import my workouts from Apple Health multiple times for the same workout, and now AGAIN my ring is not syncing. My workout from Apple Watch was imported, but nothing from ring. I have sent a separate email for every single issue and receive the same generic response, “Thank you for contacting us. A member from our team will be reaching out to assist you with your issue.” To this day I still have not received a follow-up email from the FIRST email I sent a month ago.

    I completely get being a new product and I even stated in my emails that I’d be willing to be patient with firmware updates, but to at least be responsive to issues that arise. It is completely unacceptable. I haven’t even received a reply regarding returning my ring due to all the issues.

    Maybe later on this can be a quality product. The ring design is better than most and app is user friendly (when it works), but there are way too many glitches now.

  • EARLY Days

    App and ring is very much in early days. The app isn’t as smooth as I’d like it to be. The syncing isn’t smooth either and takes a while and even makes the UI on the app glitch. I wish they provided more specific metric for us nerds vs a full bar with “optimal” rating.
