Useless
This ring and the app have been wildly disappointing. The data is inaccurate, data is missing, the ring doesn’t connect, etc. it’s just one issue after another. I’m going back to the more expensive but actually reliable version we all know.
Useless piece of junk
The ring does not work. Do not buy this and create more e-waste in the world
Very disappointing
This app is terrible. It takes forever to connect, it doesn’t send notifications, and it needs to stay open in the background to actually keep scores updating. I’ve tried other smart rings and Luna is the most disappointing.
Very frustrating
When it works it is great but when it doesn’t I have a very light paperweight. I love the days when I it does work but I have had to reset this ring so many times in the two months I have had it. Limited customer support which generally takes over 24 hours to respond to a ticket which is not right to me. Should have standard working hours to reply (unless of course that many people are complaining which they are backlogged on).
Will definitely be looking into Oura now even though I don’t want to pay the subscription fee. Hopefully theirs works more consistently

Buggy
I’m currently wearing a Polar monitor that has me clocked at 109 bpm. My Luna ring insists on 64 bpm. I took my pulse for 60 seconds and it’s 108 bpm. The Luna ring seems to be reading every other heart beat. It makes me wonder what other data points the Luna ring is getting wrong, given HR is such an easy thing to measure. Im a nightshift worker and it doesn’t seem to capture daytime sleeping. Thats a huge bummer for me.
Same issue others have with data collection. I don’t have any graphs at all. One day did have a smidge slightly bigger than a dot, but that’s been it so far. Super disappointing, not sure what the plan is for fixing that, but it seems to be the biggest complaint about the ring from other users as well.

Ios health app connectivity
Blood oxygen not updating through/to ios health app.
Sometimes have issue with ring not connecting to app, and forgetting info when low power between sync

Good idea but still poorly executed
I have the oura ring, ringconn, and now Luna. The look feel and fit is the best one out of all the rings I have tried and I do like that. I also love the fact I don’t have to pay for the app.
The challenge is the app ridiculously inconsistent. I have had to reset the ring several times 7x to be exact. The data is still inconsistent where sleep is not recorded or activity. Something always seems to be missing. Resetting is no longer fixing the issue so my data and tracking is inconsistent. This is the biggest frustration. If they can fix the app issue I would definitely update the review and change the score but until then it remains a solid 1.75. And it’s really on the fit and finish of the ring which is not what I bought it for.

Issues after a week
As many other users have reported, I’m having connectivity issues just a week after receiving the Luna Ring. It was working well for a week, although not as intuitive of an interface as I would’ve expected. I’ve been able to work my way through most of it, but it still feels a bit clunky and yet also lacking. I’m sure this will improve over time, but the bugs seem to be the biggest hindrance to the user experience. As of last night, I am no longer able to successfully sync. At least, that is my assumption as none of my data is showing up, but the app just says “Syncing” then stops with no error code. Hoping these are growing pains and not a sign of things to come, as ongoing issues like these will make me regret the purchase.

I was so excited
When I got my ring and started using it, I was so excited to see the data and use it to help me get healthier and better.
Unfortunately, the ring has not consistently given data despite constantly wearing it. It hasn’t shown any data for days at this point. At first I thought it was because the ring died but after charging it and wearing it for days again, nothing is in the app.
I wish this was fixed as I’m excited to track the data and improve.
