Can’t even set up account
I’ve tried for months to set up an account and the app glitches as soon as I open it. Most recently I’ve at least been able to get as far as to set up a password, but now the screen crashes every time I try to make one. How an app can be released before it even works is beyond me. I even got a mailer for it which is why I’ve been trying to use it and I’m embarrassed for these people at how bad they’ve put the cart before the horse. Might want to develop your app first before you tell the whole world about it.Show lesssweeeeeetpeeeeeeea
Can’t login
Downloaded the app. Tried to login with my Ascension account. Didn’t work. Set up ‘new’ account and it went to my account. Have tried to login again and it says user/password doesn’t match. Tried to reset, set up new, create new PW, etc. round and round we go. Gave up.Bump101

Tried to create log in and I enter my email address and set up password then it makes me log back in. When I put my password in it then says there is no match?🤦🏼♀️I have reset my password until I’m exhausted. Done with this appjaxtn11

Tried multiple times to verify identity and it fails every time, even though my data matches exactly with my DL, and kicks me out of the app.Tazman512

Title says it all. I have used so many stupid, clunky healthcare apps over the years like MyChart. This one is intuitive, easy to use, and all my data is right in one place. A breath of fresh air!JillLeporeForPresident!

I’m required to use this app to view EOBs for my health insurance. I already have several apps related to managing this so I’m already annoyed. Upon logging in it requests my address, cell phone number (which they already had since they texted to verify my sign in), and a photo of my drivers license. If you don’t provide your DL you can’t access your insurance information at all. I already linked my verified insurance account and can’t see and legal reason to provide my DL. In this day where data is hacked constantly, I’m not comfortable giving anyone more information than is absolutely required so I won’t be using this app. There’s not even an explanation of why this data is needed.
