GREAT workout app ❤️
Loving this app!! It’s so easy to follow and to log and keep track of your weights from week to week. The video demos are automatically displayed to show you how the exercise is performed and make sure form is correct. There are always alternative exercises which is nice to be able to modify to fit the equipment I have at home. I also like that I’m easily able to move a workout to a different day to fit my schedule back. At the end of the workout, the total weight you lifted throughout the workout is displayed which is eye opening and makes you feel accomplished.
