  • Favorite app/workout plan!

    I’ve tried a handful of workout plans and apps throughout the past 10+ years, and this is by far my favorite. Julianna created a super simple app (similar platform to other large workout professionals so you know it’s good) and a great effective workout plan. It’s not overly complicated and isn’t intimidating like you see with some other apps. There’s also a discussion group you can join to get announcements from her and interact with other users which I love! I’ve been using this program for about a year and I’ve never felt stronger and more confident in a program. Looking forward for her new advanced workouts coming soon too!

  • Easy to use!

    Such an easy to use app which allows for progressive overload with workouts!! Easily track your weights, view exercise videos and receive descriptions of each exercise. This app and workouts provided take the thought out of my workouts and allow me to just focus on the work!!
  • Great Workout App

    Daily Moves App is super easy to use and I love the supplemental workouts it offers!

    You can change around the scheduled days and even add in your own variations of an exercise if you need.

    I love how each exercise has a video to breakdown the movement so it is great for all fitness levels!
  • Love the app and workouts

    This app is so easy to use and the workouts are simple but challenging. Each workout comes with a video and it’s easy to enter in your reps and weights. After 2 months I’m already feeling stronger and it’s been the perfect addition to my off season triathlon training. If you’re looking for a strength program to follow, I highly recommend Daily Moves. Check it out!!

  • GREAT workout app ❤️

    Loving this app!! It’s so easy to follow and to log and keep track of your weights from week to week. The video demos are automatically displayed to show you how the exercise is performed and make sure form is correct. There are always alternative exercises which is nice to be able to modify to fit the equipment I have at home.

    I also like that I’m easily able to move a workout to a different day to fit my schedule back.

    At the end of the workout, the total weight you lifted throughout the workout is displayed which is eye opening and makes you feel accomplished.

  • Highly recommend!

    This app takes all the guess work out of your daily workouts! Just being able to wake up Monday morning, head to the gym, and have all my workouts laid out for me for the week is 🤌🏼 The features of the app are also great! You can log your weights and just by clicking an arrow, it takes your to your next set. I also love that you can move around your workouts for the week if the Wednesday rest day doesn’t fit into my schedule for the week. 10/10 recommend!
