I’ve tried so many planners, but this one is truly a game-changer! As someone with ADHD, staying organized has always been a challenge—until now. This app breaks tasks down into bite-sized, manageable pieces, making it easy to stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed. The reminders and notifications are a lifesaver, and the customizable layout lets me prioritize my day in a way that actually works for my brain. I also love the habit tracker—it’s helped me build consistency and keep my focus on the bigger picture. If you have ADHD or just struggle with staying organized, this planner is a total must-have. It’s not just an app, it’s like having a personal assistant in your pocket!
I enjoyed structured but the cost kept going up with features I didn’t need. Simplified has been a great alternative at a much better value!

It will send you notifications for your schedule at the time you set them, as well does it offer a AI asstaint to help you make your schedule, now I don't want to bore yall with a long review so let me cut to the chase. The only things missing for me are a drag-and-drop feature and a web app. A web app would be incredible so that I could manage my day while using my phone, personal MacBook, or my work Windows laptop.
But given how long this app has been around, it’s made a ton of progress and is of very high quality. I recommend it highly.

~ Simplified App Team 💜This app has potential if you pay for the Pro version. The free version is far less user friendly than the reminder app that comes free with my phone. With my free reminder app I can set up recurring tasks daily/weekly/yearly or just add a task that I need to get done that same day. If I don't get it done it keeps it at the top for the next day to be completed. The free version of this app doesn't do any of that. I'm not sure what else the Pro version does. I think I'll just keep my free Reminder app. Thanks though.

Love this app so far I have a full-time job plus sports and I have a side gig that I do when I’m on my off days I used to try to write everything down but now I can just speak into my phone and it automatically add it, and if I want it to be a repeated task, it will add it as a repeated task weekly daily monthly whatever it isand my phone will alert me of all of my tasks for that day not help me but it’s super cute because you can pick from all different colors and things
