~ Simplified Team 💜I’m on the spectrum and it’s hard for me to take care of myself, Or rather remember to. I’ve tried setting alarms, or writing down notes, and everything else and it wasn’t helping me. I still kept forgetting to shower, take my meds, etc. but this app helps me. I don’t have to set 10 different alarms, and it’s just a simple vibration notification reminding me. It’s nice that I can check off what I’ve done for the day. I like being able to check off what I’ve done, it helps me feel more accomplished! That also encourages me to try to remember to do daily tasks. I recommend it for anyone who has ADHD, or anyone else on the spectrum who struggling with concentrating. I bought the prescription after trying it out for a while. I fully recommend paying to use it, it’s much more convenient and worth it :)

~ Simplified Team 💜I am often accomplishing 2 things during the same time & need to keep track of both.
For example, today I am making a pound cake to bring with me to my cousin’s. It takes 3 hours, but most of that time it is baking. I need to keep track of the full time because I need to know how long it takes to complete & I need to leave time for it to cool after it is made. I also need to fit other actions into the time the cake is baking & cooling. It would be helpful for me to visually see these things next to each other on my timeline.
