Every time I've tried to log in, it says that my phone number is not valid. I've tried multiple things to change this, but it won't work.

Did you take the the digital PSAT/NMSQT in October 2023 or SAT School Day / PSAT 10 in March/April 2024 and provide a mobile number as part of testing to receive your scores directly to your phone in the mobile app? If you did not provide a mobile number during one of the listed assessments, the app is not available to you at this time.
I downloaded this app so I could know my score. Well, I’ve seen it on collegeboard website, but it’s been six months and it’s still not on the app. ??? If the main purpose is to deliver scores, then why the heck has it been SIX MONTHS and no score? Defeats the purpose… 😑🙁

Same problem as everyone else, I can’t login even though I put the correct number in. It keeps saying can’t validate even when I click on use recovery email, it doesn’t work.

Hi. Your online College Board account and your account for this app are separate. Please use the mobile number you provided when you took the digital PSAT/NMSQT, SAT School Day, or PSAT 10 to log in to the app. If you did not provide a mobile number during one of the listed assessments, the app is not available to you at this time.
Would not accept my phone number to let me log in (I put it in correctly like 5 times) please fix your app my phone number is not wrong and I need my scores. I see answered reviews about how it won’t work if I didn’t put my number in at the beginning of the test, it never gave me that option, nor did it give any of the kids in my testing room the option.

Currently, the only way to access to BigFuture School is to provide a mobile number when you take the digital PSAT/NMSQT in October 2023 or SAT School Day / PSAT 10 in March/April 2024 and provide a mobile number as part of testing to receive your scores directly to your phone in the mobile app. If you didn’t provide your mobile number during your exam setup, you can always access your score and score information through a personal College Board account.It’s stupid that we need to download an app just to view our SAT score. College Board already HAS a website they can post scores on. Why make this extra step college board?
The scores don’t go through. My psat still hasn’t been shown even though I was texted 3 months ago that I should have received it. Then on top of that they logged me out and won’t let me back into my account. Their support email operators are a joke. You can provide them with everything and they still won’t help you. I’m disappointed and annoyed
it won’t let me log in with my number and asks for my recovery email, then it says email not found. now i can’t see my sat score because this app won’t let me authenticate.

I'm actually about to start crying, it said my SAT score was out but it won't even let me log into my account and it says my email that I literally use all the time is wrong 😭
