I literally cannot sign in, it’s saying the number I’m using is not going through and it won’t let you use your email to sign in.

Did you take the the digital PSAT/NMSQT in October 2023 or SAT School Day / PSAT 10 in March/April 2024 and provide a mobile number as part of testing to receive your scores directly to your phone in the mobile app? If you did not provide a mobile number during one of the listed assessments, the app is not available to you at this time.
I have the same issue as another user who left a review. Yes, I did put my number and email when I was taking the test. Yet I still get the same error when putting my phone to sign in saying multiple accounts linked. Then when I put in my email it says “email not found.” Very frustrating issue when you need the app to work. Many others who took the SAT with me are experiencing the same issue.

I enter my phone number and it says “multiple accounts linked” and tells me to enter an email address. It then says none of the ones I try are correct. It’s worked in the past; I don’t know why it’s not working now. Can someone help me log in???

I then click on the use recovery email but it just keeps asking for my phone number, not my email. It also has an awful UI and is buggy.

The app deleted my PSAT score without warning! It wasn’t linked to my college board account so that score is gone. As a homeschooler, I’m not sure if it will be to receive the information I need from the school where I took the test.

I received an email from bigFuture that some colleges are interested in me, so I assumed that it was because of my psat and act scores, because big future is how I got the results from my school, so they already had my test scores. I downloaded the app because I wanted to see the messages that I got cause I saw that Miami University sent me one. When I opened the app I put in my phone number and all that, and I went to try to put in my email so my accounts would be connected, which I couldn’t do, because apparently it that’s not an option. So I went to look at the colleges that were interested in me and there were so many colleges that were interested in me based on my phone number. I didn’t trust this because they had no information whatsoever. Don’t trust this app.

Hi. If you got that email then you are signed up for Connections on BigFuture School. These messages in the BigFuture School app are from organizations that are interested in you based on information you and your school, district, or state provide when you took an in-school College Board assessment—including your score range. If you received lots of messages, that means many organizations are interested in connecting with you. We encourage you to sort through those messages and save your favorites like Miami University or click on Miami U’s messages to learn more from them directly.I downloaded the app so that I could receive messages about colleges and it won’t even let me sign in. It says my phone number is invalid but when I log into the website it shows my number as being saved in the server. When I tried to click sign in with recovery email it won’t load and keeps saying my phone number is invalid. The app has too many problems, signing in with the website on a computer is more useful than using the app.
