Feature Packed - Stellar Customer Service
I used Fireflies a year or so ago and it was pretty good back then. It’s come a long way since with all the features it has now. Voice transcription has become a somewhat level playing field since AI everything blew up this year, but there are still some that do it better than others. It does a great job with that, so the thing that makes it stand out for me is the look and feel and ease of use. It’s satisfying to use and pleasant to look at.
What’s more, their customer service is some of the best I’ve come across. The interaction I had left me feeling that the company values integrity as much, if not more, than profits, which is sorely lacking in many SaaS companies today. It’s certainly a human quality I want a company in the domain of transcribing and storing conversations to genuinely value.EJB123
Take all day to cancel sub
I simply tried to cancel make it really hard and hide everything. Don’t ever start. I do not want a company like this to have any of my info.madmax1661
Best AI note taker - well designed app
I usually use fireflies on my computer but just got the app. I’ve found it really helpful on the move for adding fireflies and also sharing sound bites with meeting attendees. Fireflies is 10/10, really hope they continue to build more features that leverage AI, already off to a great start
