Clear and cheery

The instructions are really clear with views from the front and the side, good breathing advice, nicely paced, friendly music, and attainable, thank you

Payments taken

Do not join through any other platform other than Apple as you cannot cancel your subscription with a refund. Refunds can be made via Apple subscription. So annoyed about this!

Getting there

I’m going really good but will get better once I know the exercises and when to breath. By the time I’ve got it co-ordinated it’s done.lol

Arm strain

Couldn’t do any of the exercises with weight bearing on arms due to arm strain.

SO DISAPPOINTING!

Purchased 30 days of the basic workout package(over $34) figuring I could redo some if I needed to. The first 3 workouts were a bit strenuous on this 70y.o.+ body that I had reported beginner status with knee issues but I tried to persevere. Tried to open the 4th workout and unless I chose to upgrade to full access (which I could cancel at any time but why should I have to do that??), I could not open that 4th workout. I have emailed the “support”twice with no response. I’d like my money back.

FitMe review

FitMe has been an easy to follow and do chair yoga. I started five days ago and my body is feeling the recent activity not normally done but it is looking forward to the day when these exercises become a normal routine and feels its best self and healthy.

Does not support more than 1 program

I bought the initial program for the 30 day workout. Because I‘m a senior, I bought chair yoga to supplement when my back was acting up. Basically, using yoga as a third day to stay active, but take a little break from the main program. This app makes you switch between programs and resets the other to the first day, so you have to do the first day workout and all subsequent workouts before you get back to where you left off. This is a terrible glitch. They should’ve let me know before I blew another $20. i have no choice but to only do one when I should be able to use both and pick up where I left off in the other.
