AMAZING FOR ADVANCE OR BEGINNER LEARNING!
I love this app, i speak semi fluent Spanish already, but I found it really hard to find a way to grow more in my Spanish on my own without bothering my Spanish-speaking friends. This tutor teaches me new words and phrases and even evaluates the way I speak to say it better. It really is an awesome tutor!

Really great so far…
I love the app, and I’ve tried all of them. This feels like a very natural way of learning. The one thing I wish it had is a social aspect. Historically the social aspect of other apps, has helped to keep me and my friends on track together.
Great way to practice my Spanish
I use another app to learn to speak Spanish, and I was not getting enough practice in conversation. I tried Hablo to see how it would help me practice my conversation in Spanish. It has been amazing, you interact with the AI and it corrects you so that you learn to speak properly. You can also go back and review what you’ve done and it allows you to replay the correct pronunciations either at normal speed or slow slowly so you can listen carefully. If you tap into the sentence, you get details about the thing that you’re asking a question about. I recommend this even if you’re already using a different app, because it really helps with the conversational practice. I’m still on the free trial, but I plan to buy the annual subscription. Highly recommended.

Needs some work
Really good, but some of the phrases used in the dialog w the AI don’t seem like something people would actually say. Would like a place to store phrases that I’m trying to learn and the flashcards are a waste of time because it sends you to the internet to search for the meaning instead of having the meaning already on the back of the card

Great potential/ pretty buggy
The ability to chat with an AI is kind of incredible and there are moments when this app is a wonderful tool for learning Spanish. But I find that the there are quite a few bugs. For one thing, the AI often skips over the corrections. Also, when using the microphone to speak your responses, the app grades your punctuation.

This is a great app for learning Spanish but…
I downloaded this to see if it also taught any other languages other than Spanish and English. It’s the exact style of language learning app that I want, but unfortunately I want to learn Italian instead of Spanish. Please get on that. I really want to learn Italian.

First off. Can someone make it so I can give .5 stars for Christ sake! My god unbelievable. Not Hablo’s fault I get that. Not included in this review is the disappointment of no half stars.
Anyway, pretty solid lil app Hablo got here. If I did it again i may have gone Babbel route. I like the lessons they have over there. This gets me speaking though so it’d be a toss up. Sometimes the AI can’t seem to hear me but it’s not something I actually marked it down for.
Big thing. If you are self motivated I think this is a good option. I need more defined lesson plans like some of the other options out there offer.

Fabulous program
This was exactly what i wanted in a language program. You get an AI person to talk back and forth with you in various role playing scenarios, you can either listen with or without subtitles and or translations. You get to answer. Your AI listens and corrects you if needed. So far its worked perfectly. I’m amazed they offer this at only $39 per year. In another section you can get feedback on your pronunciation. Kudos to the developers. 😊👍

It’s what’s next after Duo
I’ve finished the Duolingo Spanish course and it was very good but although I understand spoken and written Spanish, I’m no good at speaking and I have no one to practice with. I’m so impressed with Hablo that I’ve signed up for a year. My accent is horrible, but the AI understands and corrects me. Other AI programs haven’t understood me so well. I’m also learning new vocabulary.
