  • Stopped working

    Since the app was updated to include levels beyond 120, I haven’t been able to play a level. I was able to do the puzzle of the day a few times, but now my screen is stuck on level 121, and when I tap on a box to select it, nothing happens. The only thing I can tap on is the ads. The settings won’t even open. And this is after updating it again today. I really like this game, but when an update makes it so I can’t play the game anymore, it gets rather frustrating. And yes, I’ve tried closing the game and reopening it. And doing the same with my phone.

  • £9.99 for ad free??

    I downloaded this game fully expecting to pay for ad free if they play ads every few levels. What I didn’t expect was to sit through an unskippable 30-60 second ad between every single 15 second level and be asked to rate the game twice per level. I got to level 5 and thought yeah, I’ll pay for ad free but when I checked, I noticed they have the gall to charge £9.99 for the privilege.

    If you really love watching Royal Kingdom ads, then this is the game for you.

  • Meh

    I enjoy the New York Times connection. This is much easier and not so challenging, at least until you get to level 50ish. When I got to level 96 it stopped working. Updated the app, removed from Home Screen then re added, etc. waiting a few days, but it was frozen on that level. Deleted the app and then reinstalled but now I’m at level 1 again. Not sure it’s worth playing all over again.

  • Spelling errors

    Please retract my review. I see now that that is part of the game.

    I just downloaded this game. Haven’t started it yet but the spelling mistakes put me off. :-( Seperate instead of separate Recieve instead of receive Acommodate instead of accommodate

  • Fix the bug, pleeeeeeasse!?!?

    Like many others, I am loving the game but suddenly can’t select anything. What the heck is going on? So frustrating. Feels a little odd to have to fill out a form to get help (as I’ve read others have had to do), unless you are trying to collect data to determine operating system…please please fix as soon as possible! Cheers 🎉

  • Don’t like once a day play

    Why have you gone to once a day play? I play this with my son and we like to have more than one go a day!
    Should have the option to play continuously or a one a day style competition

    Please bring back continuous play.

  • What happens now??

    *****I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and not only did I lose all of my progress and had to start at the beginning, it froze again. It is not worth playing if the issue can’t be resolved. I am not certain what form you are asking me to fill out. Thank you. I have been playing for less than a week and I love it. I reached level 33 today and the board does NOT allow me to play. Is there a problem With the game or do I have to do something to continue to play! Please help!

    WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FORM?? The only thing I see is contact is! There is no form available!

  • Freezes up after a few levels

    It was going great until about level 22, and then it froze and I couldn’t tap anything in the game. I deleted the app and redownloaded, and the same thing happened after level 12. Also the ads are long and excessive. I do enjoy the game and I hate to not be able to play it, but I likely won’t be redownloading after having the same issues.

  • Game stopped working

    I loved this game, but every time I open the app, I cannot click on anything. I’ve tried updating the app, closing out the app entirely, and restarting my phone. The app opens up to a puzzle, but I cannot click on any of the words or any of the icons. I would hate to delete the app and redownload it, as I would lose my progress. I enjoyed this game, but this bug is quite frustrating.
