Great app and even better rewards

The app is easy to get set up with and if you’re going out without it, you’re missing out. Two of my favourite features are firstly the map where I can find venues to visit all around the country, and the other is definitely the rewards - love seeing my points rack up after a visit to the pub! Highly recommend.

Poor poor poor

Constantly logs you out. You log back in with your chosen password. Doesn’t recognise. You reset. Log in, says you have reached the maximum number of log in attempts and to reset your password (which you have just done). Reset. Log in attempt 3, “I have reached my maximum number of attempts”… you get the gist. never ending Groundhog circle of boring events. Waste of time. Avoid.

Waste of time

Like many people on here, linked all my cards and it doesn’t register any purchases. Customer services joke as well because when you contact them they only ask to send in a paper receipt or a copy of your bank statement in the post ha ha ha. Don’t even accept a screenshot of the purchases on your statement. Absolute con

False advertising.

Company know it doesn’t work yet continue to run with it. False advertising. On numerous occasions the points don’t add on to the app. We purposely go to the same pub every Saturday to collect these points to pay for a Xmas drink. Unfortunately, despite emailing them on numerous occasions, it still doesn’t deliver. How long before trading standards get involved?

Glitchy

I keep getting kicked out of the app and having the log in each time I close app. Recently it doesn’t recognise my details and keeps asking me to reset password. Resetting the password changes nothing and eventually the app says I’ve tried logging in too many times and locks out. Sometimes I don’t even get an email with reset options. No option to add card to your Apple wallet to get points. It’s great to have vouchers and option to obtain points but whenever I have tried to use I’m unable as can’t log in. Emailed customer service and nothing been done yet…. It’s a shame.
EDIT: even after the app being updated and contacting customer service - still can’t log in. Deleted.

Genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. Was a pain to sign up for, attempts at trouble shooting were useless, and now I think my account has been suspended after it kicked me off- while I was liaising with someone trying to fix my account. All of the deals seem to be on here as well. Endlessly frustrating.

Card linking STILL doesn’t work

I had payment cards linked to my account . So didn’t bother worrying about scanning when paying so list out on a lot of points as a nobody advised that cards lining wasn’t working.
Then it was “fixed “ - with a raft of emails announcing it .

It hasn’t been fixed .. at all !
I have tried adding multiple cards . The app says they have been linked …. And then doesn’t actually link them . And I’m not the only person .

Card linking is a fraud

Sent me an email saying to go ahead and use card linking and my pints will appear in 7 days. It doesn’t work, tried contacting support, they tell me to wait 10 days, then 14, now 21. Don’t use the card linking it’s a fraud. Oh yeah and don’t bother referring people either - doesn’t work either.

Technical hitch

Update: I’ve now had this app since its launch and it still won’t let me link a payment card and yes I can obtain points with the app but I don’t always want to carry me phone to the bar when ordering a round of drinks!!
I downloaded this app but it won’t let me link my card so missing out on points. I emailed they asked what the issue was I replied no further contact from the company. Poor customer service at the minute Edit from original on 28th Feb Still not able to load my card can’t tell me system is still busy Now heading into June and still can’t upload my card I’ve sent several emails & I know I can still claim my points but why offer this as a service if it’s only going to accept certain cards!
