Terrible service

I’ve emailed numerous times about spent vouchers still showing all of them & I can’t find my unspent vouchers, but I keep Getting fobbed off with its a technical issue & it be looked into further then less than a week later, Iget a email saying… Hey, We haven't heard back from you in a while, so we will be closing your query. If you still feel that there are outstanding issues, or if you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again by replying to this email. We'll be more than happy to pick up where we left off! Thanks MiXR Team It’s been months since 10/5 any chance this can get resolved once and for all?

Won’t allow card to be linked !

As many others have said it won’t allow your card to be linked it’s a nice idea of an app but doesn’t work says you get 1000 points for linking card but won’t allow you to link card! My partner downloaded app to see if it was just my phone and won’t let him do it either also asked 4 other friends to download and try and wouldn’t let them do it as well so 6 of us here were we all can’t link our cards ! Will claim the free drink then probably never use again for this reason … shame really as looked a good idea.

Excellent!

After initially having issues registering which appeared to be a glitch, once registered I have found this to be an excellent app, so recommend it.
Plus there’s the added bonus of a free drink at the moment, so cheers!

Terrible support team

App worked fine until I updated, now cannot login and the password reset emails do not arrive in my inbox. Contacted customer service who are very slow, they just said make sure your putting correct details in then they do not respond to any other messages.

Absolutely useless, forced to update now cannot use the app

Account Not Recognised

Have nearly £30 in credits. App updated 2 days ago and my account is now not recognised. Stonegate are slow to respond and don’t appear to want to fix this issue. They take your money instantly but want 5 days to respond to an issue. Don’t link a card to these people

App not great

App need a lot of fixing, registering was a nightmare, logging in a nightmare, once you eventually get in it seems ok. Tried to claim my free drink, enter phone number to get the voucher and then the whole thing disappears. Hopefully this all gets sorted soon as seems a good thing

Still haven’t fixed add card

Still haven’t fixed add card since downloading the app back late last year still can’t add my card every time I try it say “Sorry!We hit a snag.
We weren’t able to link your bank card to your MiXR account at this time.” Tried in multiple phones and accounts with different cards. Made a support ticket and never replied.

Rubbish app

Tried to register as I’ve never used app. Tried with my partners details as well as we had never heard of the app, every time it said we already had an account, tried the forgot password part and it wouldn’t do a thing. Absolute waste of 20 minutes of my life. Don’t bother

Not able to register

As with others I have not been able to setup an account as tells me one already using that email but when I go to reset password says no account with that email. I have emailed support but this seems to be an ongoing issue

Obviously having issues

Spent 5 minutes at the bar trying to register. Told me there was already an account with my email. Went to forgot password and told me there was no account with that email. Waste of time.
