Each update makes things worse
Every time I get this mess of an app to work, they make it worse! The latest update took several patterns out of my downloads, and now none of my playlists work! Just re download you say? Horrible
Simply horrible. I was one of the first people to review the app originally and the developer reached out regarding my negative review. They gave me troubleshooting tips for weeks and then finally offered me a gift card to pull my review down. I stupidly agreed. Now, months later, I am still stuck with this big paperweight. I hoped that they would get it worked out and it would actually function as designed, but no such luck…. IT’S STILL AWFUL. I regret buying this thing. It had so much potential and there was so much excitement regarding the drift’s release, but this was a total fail. I’ve lost faith in Homemedics completely and will not buy any of their products again.Show lessSF014
Drift App
I never write reviews, but I had to with this one. This app is horrible! My drift lights don’t change it does not stay connected and shuts off. The update was no good. Something that cost this much should work. I literally just got it in March of this year and it has been nothing but a headache. I’ve reinstalled and reset, I don’t know how many times and it works for a day or two and then i have trouble shoot all over again. Very frustrating. wow, this product is a joke. absolutely NOTHING works with it. the fact that any of these app developers still have a job is scary. i’ve had this product for almost 6 months and i have seen ZERO improvements. so so so SO many things need to get fixed in this app. every single time you try and load up this app it’s an issue to where you have to factory reset the unit. they are always saying they are working “tirelessly”. ON WHAT? obviously not this product!

App is terrible
Update: app developer told me to reinstall, as they’d made some updates. I did so, and it worked for a few days! Now it cannot search or hold any patterns to choose from, and I’m afraid to test the play button bc at least right now it has a pretty pattern in the sand, and I’d hate to lose that as well. So, still terrible and broken!
Great device, terrible app. It hasn’t worked for days now, something about expired something…registry?.., but even when I was working it was intermittent and unreliable at best. The designs would only sometimes appear for selection. It might get stuck partway through a design and then not be able to reinitiate that design again. The light dimmer doesn’t actually make the light any less bright. Currently the only way to make it do something is to push the actual buttons on the device. I have no way of knowing what design is next, or what color, etc. The app is completely broken.Show lessRedacted208x

I have never written a review ever but I am really disappointed in this product and its app considering how much it cost. It simply does not work, I can’t even download or see any of my patterns much less execute them. The product has a great concept, but the developers are really missing the mark with this app. I’d return it if I could but conveniently it worked just long enough for the return window the expire. App is a dumpster fire
I expected way more from this product, especially given the price tag. The table itself works well…if only the application worked at all. The lights do not respond to the app and a new pattern can only be selected after a factory reset. When trying to play a custom playlist, it just defaults to the “clean” pattern. The shuffle and schedule settings don’t “stick” when set up—it just reverts back to default (no shuffle, no schedule). Horribly frustrating product and app. So much for “zen”!Show lessFbcrhc
