  • This app is the WORST.

    It has so many connectivity issues. Each time I turn my device off, I have to delete reinstall the whole app to get the bluetooth connection to work. Sometimes it just glitches out for no reason. Most infuriating app. I expect much better app quality for such an expensive product. Not to mention, the whole point of the product is to promote relaxation…this app does the exact opposite. 😑

  • Frustrating app

    The sandbox is a cool concept, when it works. Every time the app has an update it shuts down the sandbox. It takes forever to troubleshoot. I have to delete the app and reinstall, which loses all the patterns I had saved. Even then, it still takes forever to get it to connect again. Every few days I end up spending an absurd amount of time trying to get it to connect and respond. It will end up in the trash because I am tired of spending every few days trying to get it to work… which is NOT relaxing at all.

  • Save your money don’t buy this product

    This app is the absolute worst. I’ve never written a negotiate review about an app before but I was compelled to let people know so they don't waste their money on this product. Like most others have said it works maybe 1/3 of the time at best, then when it doesn’t it takes forever to try and troubleshoot and fix it. This $300+ product is literally a paperweight now as both my wife and I are too frustrated to attempt to fix it after the 4th time it stopped working since January and it’s past the return window. My wife was so excited to have this sit at her desk at work but instead of being something peaceful to help calm her it turned out to be the exact opposite, I don’t know how they can still sell this product with all the issues reported.

  • App getting worse over time

    I got the sand table for Christmas and love it but the app is horrendous. I had numerous issues just getting it paired up. Then, once it was paired, it would randomly stop working.

    Now, the app is completely unusable. My table is simply stuck in the middle of a pattern. The app shows “no data available” in the playlists and no pattern on the screen. It’s turned the device into a paper weight.

    How can any company be ok with the numerous complaints about the app their team has put out?

  • Completely Unusable

    The table was really neat when it worked for about 17 seconds. Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and while it is marketed to relax you, its the opposite. It’s frustrating that you are hamstrung to an app that doesn’t even work. All the reviews are accurate. There’s not even an option on the unit itself to be able to have it do anything at all. You’re completely reliant on an app that doesn’t work. We have tried multiple devices, factory resets, etc. but hey, at least they added some audio to go along with the patterns it doesn’t make. Audio that comes from the app on your phone. The app that doesn’t work. Great job.

  • Please fix the app

    My phone updated and now my app and table won’t work together. It hasn’t ever been reliable since getting it for Christmas but now the app is loading but only partially showing things. There are no patterns loading and my table won’t show up. I have tried to wear the table. I’m not sure what else to do and the lack of customer support for this product is so frustrating. The table is inoperable without the app so why aren’t the developers making sure the app works properly? I’m so sad.

  • Fire your devs

    This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used on iPhone. Half the time the app doesn’t connect and gives a bind failed error. When the app gets past this stage, it gets stuck at the readiness check and becomes unresponsive. I have to force close it and try again. Restarting phone doesn’t help. Deleting and reinstalling app doesn’t help. Power cycling the Drift table doesn’t help. The Bluetooth on my phone is fine. So is my Wi-Fi. My daughter used her 21” Drift (different app, why??) on my Wi-Fi with no issues. The problem is this app for the 11” Drift.

    The amateurs who coded this app should be fired and replaced by competent programmers.

  • Device/app responsiveness issues

    Sometimes it’s difficult to turn the device on. Sometimes the app connects to the device but cannot start a pattern or change colors. Sometimes the app just doesn’t connect. Homedics needs to get these issues fixed because when everything works just right it’s a great device. This is the quality you get when you outsource your software development overseas.

  • App not working

    Frozen on update latest firmware page. Unable to click anything.
  • Issues Galore

    Today, for the first time in awhile, I was able to get back into the app and use it. Now, as of this evening, it’s down again with the same Bind Fail error message. I’ve been able to use the device maybe 3 or 4 days total. Not sufficient for a device which costs so much money. I wanted this to work badly. As a side note, I’ve messaged the page via FB and heard with follow-up questions the day after I sent the message but then when I replied, about 10 days ago, I heard nothing. Also sent screen videos of what the app was doing per their request and haven’t heard anything back. So so so disappointed.
