Bugs Galore
I like the layout of the app, but the latest update has broken it, causing all my data to be lost. Now, whenever I open the app, it freezes and then crashes. It’s incompatible with iOS 18, which is unacceptable—there’s no point in purchasing a fitness watch if you can’t access the data.
Additionally, the developers have cut corners by not integrating the app with HealthKit. As a result, Apple Health only tracks steps, and any other data has to be added manually, which is far from ideal. I’m really disappointed because the watch itself has reasonably good sensors. We tested the ET570 in our lab, and it proved to be more accurate than Apple Watches, Samsung, and Garmin models.
If the app worked, this watch would be an excellent purchase. But as it stands, it’s unusable since it doesn’t store data on the phone for more than a few days, and there seems to be no urgency from the developers to fix these issues. They don’t even respond to customer inquiries.

Really needs help
I bought the watch and you have to use this app. Well the readings are all really low. If this was fixed it would probably be a great app. But until then do not purchase the watch or download the app.
Mixed impression
The graphics are very good. The app is easy to use.
The blood glucose monitor is inconsistent. Even after several calibrations it fails to give a consistent reading, with each reading being unacceptably wrong. It is not even an approximate reading. So, totally useless anf consigned to the back of a drawer.

Junk
The app won’t work. The “terms and policy” accept box is grayed out, so the app can’t be downloaded. The glucose part of the watch will not work and that’s why I bought it.

Pros: Looks good. Multiple watch faces available.
Has not done as advertised. Not able to read Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, oxygen level as advertised. To read blood sugar it goes to 32% then stop. Stating ‘Failed to read wear watch snug but comfortable’. My watch is snug almost to the point of cutting off my circulation and it still doesn’t show readings. The same for Blood Pressure and Temperature. This is very frustrating. There is very little information on customer service so I have to research to find help. I will return this watch. Don’t waste your money and time there are other options available out there.
