Hi, could you please send us the crash logs, and your device info and system info via info@chillyroom.games? This could really help, thanks! How to send crash logs to us: (1) Go to "Settings" on your device; (2) Slide down to the bottom and you should find "Privacy&Security" or something like that; (3) Tap on "Analytics&Improvements" or something, and you should see "Analytics Data". (4) Find files with "SoulKnight" in the filename and tap to open them, and then you can share them with us via email or other apps.
Great game, bad servers ):
I would play this so much more if only it would stay connected to the servers. Sometimes I can’t even finish a dungeon run, and like I stated before, the runs are short so it really should not be happening. I am plagued with server errors and disconnections which is a real problem. For reference I use an iPhone 14 and I have great internet/wifi in my home.
Hopefully his issue is fixed soon because it is effecting my gameplay.
3/5 stars for me purely because of server issues. Could easily be a 5/5.

CHARACTERIZATION
When first making my character I was looking at the hairstyles, I was sad to find that some hairstyles that I liked were set in the other gender. This makes me question; if selecting one of the genders, would it make a difference in gameplay? (BTW I would love to see more choices, I love characterizing with vast amounts of choices.)
MULTIPLAYER
I was so happy to find multiplayer so I could play with my friends or family in this game. While playing I found it was partly buggy because of how they were unable to open a few chests that I could when gaining it through a puzzle or a fight with Leif and Derrick, it just made me feel guilty or sad. (It’s the bugs that ruin the gameplay and future gameplay, not the ones that make the game funny or interesting.)

Hi, thanks for reaching out. The character's gender won't make a difference in gameplay, and it won't be displayed within the game after you create it.
