This games good

I love the gameplay with friends and the enjoyment of the grinding and the builds the classes add variant and it was a fun experience (I’m not a bot i swear this is just a good game)

Achievements

This is an idea for chillyroom. You guys could ad an haul to the knight guild building for storing achievements and viewing all the weapons you ever obtained much like the first game soul knight and it’s cellar

Game freezes immediately after character selection

I’m not sure if there were any changes, but the game now immediately freezes after the character selection screen. It seems like some event triggered on an initial login, but that also froze and ever since the initial login event failure, all subsequent logins result in a freeze after a brief window (1s). Please look into this!

Usability

“Welcome to our game! Surprise! The game is only half downloaded. So… enjoy this loading bar. Surprise! You gotta log in. So… enjoy this login screen.” Nah I’m good. You realize when you open literally every app in universe it just opens and runs? The assets are already downloaded when you download the app? Can you comprehend such a thing? Make it a normal app for humans with brains and lives and maybe get some stars back.
Response: you have it backwards. People have auto-update for their apps. When the app updates without you knowing while it’s in your pocket - that is literally seamless. What you are describing as “seamless” (forcing us to manually update every time) is literally the opposite of seamless. I can’t believe this is the first time you are hearing someone tell you this. The literal opposite of what you are doing is the literal seamless method of update. Update the app behind the scenes. This is basic professionalism. Get with modern times.

Fun game; HORRENDOUS network

I want to give this game a 5 star. But omg the network is so bad, genuinely and without exaggeration one of the worst I’ve seen. I cannot do anything without getting a popup notification about server error and having to spam retry connecting to network.

Developers, if you’re reading this, honest critique - look at and stabilize your servers. Looking at the other reviews that have been left, it seems to be a constant critique you’re getting, so please address it. I’m in the US East if that helps. And this is the only game I get these repeated errors on. All of my other network apps and games work smoothly. It’s you, not me.

crashes

Game is great but it constantly crashes for me or gets an error message and i have to press retry every few minutes because apparently the connection is bad

How to send crash logs to us: (1) Go to "Settings" on your device; (2) Slide down to the bottom and you should find "Privacy&Security" or something like that; (3) Tap on "Analytics&Improvements" or something, and you should see "Analytics Data". (4) Find files for Soul Knight Prequel and tap to open them, and then you can share them with us via email or other apps.

Great game

Needs more content, some balancing and bug fixes. Overall the game is completely free to play and is worth getting in on while it’s still fresh.
