Better Sleep
This app is simple but easy. I had pneumonia and surgery and difficulty breathing since I got out of the hospital. This has helped me with my breathing and it helped me sleep at night. I highly recommend this app.

My anxiety is not coming back
Hello I have anxiety issues and I got this app to help it and the results were better then I expected! I did expect good results but these were better than what was promised. I now no longer have anxiety issues so thank you for everything.😊
