  • Simple & effective

The simplicity of this app is what I love the most. So many other meditation apps are way too complicated and distracting as they develop and try to keep up with one another. But essentially all you need is to pause to take mindful breaths, or practice a guided breathing exercise, and that’s what this app offers.

  • Anxiety

I downloaded this app after struggling with severe anxiety which causes my breathing to become fast and shallow. I like the simple use of the app, which helps you to focus on your breathing. I like watching the flower get bigger and smaller as you breathe in and out, and how there is a variety of colors to choose from. I also like how the app doesn’t make you upgrade in order to use all its features.

  • Fantastic app

This App is simple and does what it says it does. Helps me sleep. I don’t like any of the voices though and use the sound instead. Have used in the doctor’s office to lower blood pressure ( bad case of white coat syndrome). Actually reduced BP 10-15 points-. Additions could be more voices, sounds, and sliders for colors. One of my favorite apps.
