Nice & simple, but of limited use
It does not help you calculate what you’ve eaten, nor is there a way to adjust how quickly you want to lose weight, if that’s your goal. There’s no food database, no daily inputs, no stats. You might use this app a few times a year on a weight loss / gain journey. You’d still need to use some other app or method to find out what your daily totals actually were. A companion app to this one would be lovely!
Also, I found it funny that an app called “Fiber” doesn’t help you track or set a goal for, you know…fiber.
