Nice & simple, but of limited use
In a very short quiz, the app asks you perhaps seven questions, and then gives you targets for daily carbs / fat / protein. That’s it.
It does not help you calculate what you’ve eaten, nor is there a way to adjust how quickly you want to lose weight, if that’s your goal. There’s no food database, no daily inputs, no stats. You might use this app a few times a year on a weight loss / gain journey. You’d still need to use some other app or method to find out what your daily totals actually were. A companion app to this one would be lovely!
Also, I found it funny that an app called “Fiber” doesn’t help you track or set a goal for, you know…fiber.

This app does nothing
Basically this is a calorie calculator can add anything to the app food calories etc…

It gave me my recommended macro breakdown. That’s it. Where do people track daily intake? Other than settings there is no interactivity with this app.

Am I missing something?
I thought this was going to be a calorie tracking app. After the quiz, a chart came up with a total calorie intake suggestion but that was all. There was not a place to log food and keep track of calories, fat, carbs, etc.

The app is very clear on its function. It went very smooth to calculate the calories! Definitely good for those who want to keep diet and having plans to control calories!

Just show you what you should be eating and if you select Low Carb it selected for me 232g of carb per day.

Great app, could use more features.
I’ve used similar ones in the past during my fitness journey. The app itself is very simple and easy to use, with accurate macros and calories recommendations. The only suggestion that I have is for the developers to add some additional features that other similar apps have. Overall, I’m excited to begin using it!
