Free premium lifetime doesn’t

I installed the app in march and actívated the promo. During this days my dad got sick and I didnt used the app for s while. Now when I try to use and restaure the premium version the app said that it’s not possible 😢

Thanks to the development team!!

I was having issues with the free premium lifetime subscription account as well but I emailed the developer for support. The developer and team were very supportive and followed through with me to set up my account and to get my free lifetime premium subscription activated. I look forward to using the great features in the app. Thanks to the developer and team for your support!

Nothing works

I have the lifetime membership but it keeps telling me to reset the app. It doesn’t store any of my data. I’ve not been given a fitness plan. Whenever I click on anything it says oops there seems to be a problem and to reset but again nothing happens. What am I to do? Your reply says everything was fixed and to try again but still the same thing. I was reading other reviews and it appears I’m not the only one having issues. This is so frustrating. Now I would have to pay to have this app. What am I supposed to do? I don’t feel I should have to pay when I was offered the $0 lifetime membership. How are you going to help me?

Hey, thanks for downloading YzyFIT! You are totally right, we have noticed this error among other users as well. It looks like it's mostly connected to technical issues we had on our system on March 28th. The problem on our end is indeed fixed, but it looks like your app might be stuck at the same state it was during our system troubles. In that case, please uninstall the app, then download it again and log in using your credentials. That will give the app a fresh start and allow it to download all the required data (workouts, audio, etc.) from our servers instead of giving you this error.

Never worked

I downloaded the app, got lifetime subscription and nothing works, asks me to subscribe to a plan again, no workout available, app keeps crashing. Complete waste of time. Probably just an other scam app. Be careful.

Hey Yves! We're sorry to hear you're having issues with our app. That really doesn't sound right, your lifetime plan must unlock all workouts and features that are available on our app without asking for anything else, ever. Please contact us via email at hello@yzyfit.com and we will sort it out

Cannot log in

Still cannot log in. I have tried for over a week to set up account but still cannot I deleted and reloaded and still cannot get app to to work. Used app advice for free version with and without with no luck

Cannot create account!

Downloaded app - will not successfully create account😞 Update: Still cannot create account after update... I have reset password more than once and it still will not authenticate. I have lost my "AppAdvice" subscription offer.

Beware, App lies

When I downloaded the app and subscribed to Yzy Pro it was for $0.00. No mention of a trial period anywhere. However, today when clicked on today's workout it said I used all my free workouts.

Hey, thanks for using YzyFIT! Sorry for the trouble, we were having some technical issues. By now it should work just fine, but if the issue persists on your YzyFIT app, please delete it, then install it again and try to create an account.

Authentication error

Downloaded, went through the setup process but when tried to create account, it kept returning “Authentication error”.

Re-downloaded and tried to reset password. Email received and followed the reset process. Then tried to login with app but again “Authentication error”.

Checked app purchase history and confirmed that the free subscription was done on 27/3/2024.

Cannot Create Acount

Every attempt at creating an account receive Authentication error.

Very frustrating, wasting too much time trying to use this app.

Complete waste of time.
