Server is always busy. Find another app.
I even tried upgrading to their premium service. Unfortunately, a majority of us customers have been getting “Server busy. Please try again later” whenever we try to upload material. Keepy takes weeks to fix this problem and when they do, the problem just returns. This happens too often. Save your money and find another way.

Can’t add children
Can’t use the app because I cannot add children. The app freezes every time I try to add a birthday
Glitchy
Downloaded it and can’t even create a kids profile without it freezing. No matter what I do, it just freezes when I try. Removed app.
Can’t add a child
How do you add a child ? The FAQ said go to the everyone icon. I can’t locate the icon.
Unhappy
Customer service has not been responsive. I cannot login to my app and as such have lost all my children’s artwork.
Completely unreliable
When it works great but half the time “the server is busy” for days on end, and you can’t do anything. This problem has been going on for years and every time I’ve reached out for customer service I have gotten zero responses. Time to cancel.

App Froze Every Time I Tried to Register
This app sounded so great! I downloaded it and it froze every time I entered my first son’s name. I restarted phone, reinstalled, etc. Still froze. Will look for a different option.
I’d give it zero starts if I could
I’ve been adamant about documenting my daughter’s art work in hopes of making a photo book. Unfortunately, they stopped offering them. Nobody even responded to my email. Now, they seem to appear as an option only to be frozen when you get to the selection page. They are literally robbing me.
Customer service has vanished
Seems support for this app has ceased. No response via multiple platforms for months. They should have refunded the remainder of subscription fees when they stopped supporting users. I now can’t download my images via the promised back up system. Very disappointed as I enjoyed the app for several years before this.
