Won’t let me create account.
Was really excited to use this app but when I try to set up my account it simply says ‘error connecting to apps servers’ no matter how many times I try. There’s nowhere to contact for support and I don’t use facebook so can’t connect my account to that.
I love this app, but the glitches can be frustrating
This is a fantastic way to display the proud moments amongst family. It’s like Instagram for grandparents. 😁 But lately every time I post beyond 15 posts a month, it tells me I am out of free posts. Problem is, I have a paid subscription and should be able to post unlimited pics, etc. For a while I was able to “restore purchases” in my account before each additional post, but now it is saying “nothing to restore” and I am unable to post a thing! This isn’t right, especially since I am a paying customer.

Bad customer service
I’ve been using the free keepy app for years. Just recently I decided I needed to upgrade to the subscriber service (because they limit you to 8 uploads a month, which, for multiple kids, is pretty difficult to limit it to). I was given a free 7 day trial but 3 days in, the server said it was busy and wouldn’t let me upload for two days. Then, when I could finally upload, it pushed me back to the free service and said I had to buy the subscriber service to upload more (it hadn’t even been 7 days of the free trial!). I have emailed them twice about it and both times haven’t heard anything back (the first email to them was 5 days ago). I have enjoyed their app but I’m so disappointed in their customer service. I’m sad that I’m kind of stuck with them at this stage because I have so many pictures saved to their site. But if I had known I couldn’t get in touch with them when I had issues, I would have looked for another art keeping site.

Support issues
Unable to get a reply from support; paid the yearly subscription fee 10 days ago and I am unable to add any more photos after my trial. I am totally frustrated after emailing support 4 times and getting no reply. Love the idea behind keepy, hate that it is not working for me
Glitchy!!!
Downloaded it last night. Trying to start using it and keep getting error messages. “Error, something went wrong.” “Internal error 500.” “Server is busy.” If I can’t even add my first entry, I don’t want to deal with getting everything in here, only for it to do this again in the future. Bye keepy. Too bad, the interface looked nice.

Very buggy
I paid for the app but it's become increasingly difficult to use. I haven't been able to upload anything due to "system error". Even viewing previous entries is hit or miss. Currently I don't have much confidence that this is a reliable app to keep precious memories up to date and backed up. I went ahead and cancelled my subscription, which is pretty expensive for an app that usually doesn't work.

No backup! Stopped syncing with Dropbox
Furious with this company. It used to sync my uploads to Dropbox with no problem. It stopped syncing in August 2017. Nothing I created in the app in 2018 backed up. I have disconnected and reconnected my (paid) Dropbox account half a dozen times. Nothing works. I have contacted the company five times and each time they say they will look into it and get back to me in a day. They have never gotten back to me and the Dropbox sync has not been fixed. Buyer beware: if you use this app and expect it to be backing up your precious files to Dropbox, check that it’s working! As far as I can tell, these files are only on Keepy. Hope this company never goes under or my memories are gone.

Wish I would have downloaded earlier
Wow what a great option! I get to save all my kids schoolwork, artwork and pics without all the paper! I love that I can look back all their work and see how they grown! I recommend!
Slow User Interface, and buggy
App seems ok. UI isn’t top notch. Just started and already had problems connecting Facebook. So I created an account w my email address, and it took a while (on Verizon LTE, and even tried using Verizon Fios WiFi). Finally got it and I added my sons pic etc, and it took a while to save. The button “save” didn’t seem to work. Kept pressing it and nothing happened. So I pressed cancel. The app closed (on an iPhone X, 256gig, latest software), and when I reopened it, my sons image and name had finally registered. Because of all the little delays, didn’t really get to look around all of the app. Considering keeping it, but I’m gonna go check out Artkive first.

Disappointed customer
Hi, I downloaded this app when my child was 3 years old and at the time this app seemed like the perfect solution to help with preserving all her artwork.
Well fast forward to 7 years later and all her hard work is now gone. I have sent a Twitter message to Keepy and I haven’t heard back from anyone. How is it that all my child’s stuff is gone? Is it gone forever now?
I guess the best thing to do is to purchase storage boxes for our child’s precious artwork.
Or just take pictures of the artwork and save it onto our phones for future reference.
I hope that someone will reach out to me but I’m pretty upset with Keepy! 😡😡😡😡
