App is broken. Unable to open, keeps saying to update app and this is not option when going to App Store… Complete waste of time

Updated App- Works Great
The new app works great!!! Easy to use. I needed to find my dental card for a recent appointment and I was able to find it very quickly. Ameritas updated the app from the first version and it has been very helpful.

Does not support dental info
Selecting dental details shows a blank screen on iPhone12 mini. Otherwise vision is OK. Needs more testing before releasing to the App Store 🙁🥲
App doesn’t work
Once you click on whatever insurance you have, it goes to a black screen that doesn’t load anything, it freezes on this screen. For a multimillion dollar company, they sure have a terrible IT department. We can tell where the money is going and where it isn’t going. Huge let down in a world where everything has an app.

Cannot login. App crashes after authentication

Don’t bother. Does not integrate with iOS.

App does not work at all, can’t type anything at all and seems that Ameritas is not doing anything about it, very disappointing
