Terrible customer support
One archery event pack errors out and items would not deliver. They would not deliver the items purchased and even claimed I got them. Apple refund didn’t help either. I’m a friend of VampyrBoo too, the second top P2W player on this game and saw her review. I can relate to her. Stay away from this game.

Do not put money into this game
If your someone who will put money into a p2w beware of this company. They state their only responsibility it to give you the items and their deal ends there. Which wouldn’t be an issue if they didn’t have workers who have access to your information playing the game that threaten you with it and your ip etc soon as they don’t like the way a event goes. When you alert customer service they will tell you that it’s not part of the deal to protect you or your information and it’s not a valid reason to ask for a refund since your being pushed out and threatened with your real world information. Workers for this game should not be allowed to risk people’s safety or access their information and use it to threaten while bragging we will lose our money because it is our fault and we must accept the consequences… just because they couldn’t handle dying in a PvP event like most of us do? Don’t give this company the opportunity to steal from you and take your joy out of mobile gaming

Enjoying the game but….
My exp bar has gotten stuck twice and not given me my earned exp. I’m looking for a place to submit a ticket but can’t seem to find. The game is fun and many nice players, also in a great guild. The art and graphics are great, so….I would like to get all my exp so I can continue to level.

You can find this type of gameplay anywhere else, even if I use my email my progress doesn’t save, and don’t even bother trying to refund, I have a list of purchases I don’t remember making because I know for sure I didn’t spend 10 dollars on gold, and this game might be a bloatware as it is constantly trying to download content

Won’t let me load in and might be a bloatware
I refunded some purchases I don’t remember making and as soon as I did the game refused to let me load in and this game constantly makes you download more content and makes you download more unknown content for a reward
