This just won’t pair properly

Try again and again
Says paired on the control panel
But switches off automatically on my phone

Don’t understand why whomever wrote this could think it sensible that one you select a function you can’t go back to the Home Screen. On an iPhone you have to come out of the app restart it and reconnect every time you want to move between functions.Brightbat

Originally we were told that this 2024 app would be updated to allow for the control of older vehicles. As this has now changed and the 2019 app has been updated instead I have removed my comments of this version.BMT 891

Yet another swift command app that is actual garbage. How hard is it to build a useable app to control the unit that is fitted to the caravans and motorhomes. Its 2024 !! Get someone who can build a proper functional app in please, people have waited years for an app that is actually useable - instead we are given this useless offering. Depressing and so frustrating. I would actually pay for an app that actually works because this - THIS is just GRIM!!Show lessExelsor

It says it would be compatible ‘in February 2024, when the app will also work with vehicles equipped with the EC800 touchscreen control panel (model years 2019 to 2023) ‘ . It’s not ? Which app should I use for a 2021 caravan?MaxiMum Granny
