Charged me without giving me credits
I called the number on the receipt and they told me I should hear back from someone , but in the mean time someone at the location might be able to help me. The on location manager told me to call the number (again?) and nothing can be done on his end.
The person in the phone said I should send a charge dispute (really..) and I should hear back from someone soon. Waited around for about 20 minutes just to see if it would fix itself and no. To add insult to injury jury, I go back to the in person desk and it takes 10 minutes for anybody to show up and help me.
Itβs been 24 hours and no changes are made. The credits never ended up on my card, no refund attempt or even an email.
Wish I could give this app a positive review as it has some good feature. However the fact it steals your money without recourse makes it far too dangerous to recommend.
Would be happy to change it if any effort is made to convince me otherwise or show responsibility on their part
