  • No tech support, issues with app

    App keeps resetting, loosing my info and does mot recognize my app purchase. Does not count my steps as it should

  • It’s okay

    I hope they add a few things I purchased lifetime membership. I like the ease of me simply taking a picture and my calories and meals are logged however, I wish I could add my blood sugar and water intake and make it a little bit better for recommendations for food. They do give you options for meal replacement, but it’ll be nice if it’ll be a little bit user-friendly where I can pick the food that they asked for for the recommendations and then it could show me like a grocery list so I could take it with me to the store and pick out what I need so I can make the food suggestions I think a lot of people would be willing to pay more for this to add to their lifetime membership

    You can't even add true calories and the app is always wrong

  • Keeps logging me out from Lifetime

    I have emailed this company by their report issue and nothing gets fixed. Every day I sign in - the app kicks me out and says to start my free 7 day trial but I paid $49.99 for a lifetime subscription. It’s a decent app, but does not work as expected and is super annoying to not have it work correctly.

If you do not receive the gems after a significant amount of time, feel free to contact us through the feedback function in the app. Also, the ability to edit food items after scanning is planned in our updates.   • The concept is good, but I have a better app

    I love the fact that this app utilizes AI technology to capture calories & steps & also lets you know the nutritional value of the food that you eat, however, the app does not capture & calculate the caloric intake correctly. I utilize another app that does the same thing & correctly captures everything that I log into it. I have even scanned the bar codes of the product & it is still captured incorrectly. For example, I logged my coffee this morning & it calculated my caloric intake as 4327 calories versus the other app’s correct intake of 260 calories. I have subscribed to a lifetime subscription but I will request a refund because it does not work.

  • App issues

    Initially, it worked well but about a week ago it stopped getting data from other Apps. Specially the fitness apps that count steps and calorie burned. This lack of sharing data has make usefulness of the app very limited. I have several emails nut the company has been non responsive.
