Extra cost after subscription and…
So I did the free trial only to find out there is an additional cost for “gems” but can’t find any information on how you earn these gems or why I would be charged extra when I already subscribed? I was highly considering continuing my subscription but that additional charge for subscribed customers is extremely off putting. Seems a bit scammy to me. I’m hoping the company reconsiders this additional cost and includes this with the subscription as it should be.
Other then that, one thing that is very frustrating is when you take an image and it is wrong you cannot remove a single incorrect ingredient, add one it missed, or change how much you used. For example, let’s say I had oatmeal with blueberries and the ai in the app said I had oatmeal with raisins - I cannot remove just the raisins and change it to blueberries or even just remove the raisins. Very annoying because now I have to discard the whole ai image choices.
This is only my first day using the app so we will see how this continues to go.
I do love the suggestions on what to pair with each meal/food, the digest ability of the foods and nutritional content.Mstori880

It’s a nice idea… I don’t like that I can’t edit the AI analysis of the pictured food. I missed the cancellation date before my trial period was up and was billed $40 for the year. Which is a big bummer. Is there anyway it can be returned?Mmmslk

This app is really good!!! It can eliminate the need to weigh every time I count calories. I just need to take a photo to get the number of calories. I weighed the food and compared it, found that the data was quite accurate!! It is really hard to imagine that it can use pictures to count calories, it feels especially fun and can help me better get on a date!!🥹Frigidchray
