  • Monitoring flaw

The ring is great and for the price can’t complain too much. The only issue I see is long after you wake up the app still creates sleep data. I got into the habit of taking the ring off when I wake up to charge it but even when doing that the ring still “collects” sleep data thinking that I’m going back into light sleep and deep sleep when it’s on the charger. This obviously affects your sleep score and alters it from when you actually woke up. Please fix this
  • Good product!!!

    Good product for the price.
    It works as described
    No complaints
  • So far so good.

It works quite well with my $20 ring. A few things I’d like to see is the ability to choose 1 minute increments for Blood Oxygen and Heart rate measurements. I do realize that would affect battery life. If I need to charge the ring more often, that’s worth it to me. But the option for more measurements would be beneficial to myself and perhaps others.

Also Please add Ice Hockey to sports menu options! I’ll try “other sports” for now.
  • Confused on operations

Most of the data is great but I may be confused in the operation of the sports function. I have only used this app for 3 days but the sports function only seams to remember the time in the activity and no steps are counted. Yet in other windows the steps are counted just fine.

  • Decent but not reliable

The ring doesn’t stay connected easily and does not accurate track steps. I should have more steps on my ring tracking then my phone itself (as I don’t always have my phone on me). But currently my Apple Health shows 800 more steps today than the ring is calculating. Not happy with accuracy and connectivity. Thinking about returning.
  • Sleep tracking import

Why doesn’t it import sleep type information into Apple health. The qring app shows deep or light sleep but all I see in Apple health is sleep duration.
  • Doesn’t work

I can’t connect my ring with this app
  • Great app

    Easy to use simple paring!
  • Another one bites the dust

So yet another developer has decided that a fluffy, useless, dysfunctional change to their UI was the right move to do. This app used to be clean, light white, gave you all the information you could want at your fingertips, or without having to use your finger because all the important current data was on the primary screen. Now, they’ve added meaningless photos to giant cards that in order to see all of your information you have to scroll down several screens stopping at each one. You cannot get a quick overview of what’s going on with your body in one place. I would give this app zero stars if Apple, would let me. I don’t know if this is one guy in his mom’s basement writing this app, or if there’s some team somewhere who went out drinking one night and decided to screw up a good thing.

Hey developers, let’s be clear, this is an app for biometric data, no one cares about fluff, no one cares about how pretty your little pictures are, what we care about is getting to our data. Now, maybe what you want to be focusing on is getting accurate data rather than data that never seems to match up with what Apple, collects on their medical grade watches. When you do that, then you can screw around with your UI, but until then, leave well enough alone. At the very least, give us the privilege and right to choose which display we want. Let it run for a year or two and then shows statistics on who chose what and then maybe you decide. My guess is you don’t care what users want, you only care what you did. Prove me wrong.
