  • New app review

    The new app is not usher friendly. Deposits take far longer than before. Venmo’s even when you pay for instant transfer do not hit the account until the next day. At that rate I shouldn’t have to pay for instant transfer. My checks use to post immediately and now it’s 12-24 hrs. Also warning your customers the app is changing before rolling it out and disabling the original one would have been a nice heads up. I spent three days thinking I was typing something in wrong or something was wrong with my phone. I then had to hold for a substantial amount of time to speak with someone who couldn’t walk me through how the app worked because β€œthey just rolled it out on us we don’t know how to navigate it either”. Highly frustrating. I’ve banked with you guys for years and never had any issues in any area of the bank until now. Not having access to my money immediately is the biggest loss for me.

  • 3 times to deposit a check

    Took me three times to mobile deposit a check as the system kept saying it was blurry and needed to be further away or more steady. When you want something to be more efficient and less of a time burden. This was not it for me.
