If you have newer tv this remote doesn’t work as they say it does. Poor customer service. The only way you can cancel is go to where you wrote a review and they will respond and not in a timely manner for you to email them. There’s no phone number to contact customer service if you have an issue with their remote. Nor can you cancel your free trial if you don’t like the remote. You get 3 day free trial but on the 3 rd day there’s no place to cancel except to email them and then it take 8 days for them to respond. Totally a bunch of cons. Now I am well past my 3 day trial so now I am paying for a service that never did work with my Samsung Frame tv from day 1. I was within the 3 day free trail to cancel. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I still haven’t received a notice they have canceled my free subscription and I have responded to their email address to contact them 4 times now.

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.Hate when an app waits until you’ve downloaded before disclosing it costs. And $5 per month for a remote is ridiculous.

Hi, sorry for the trouble. Ensure your TV and mobile device are on the same WiFi network. Restart your TV and reopen the app. If issues persist, clear External Connected Devices on your TV and try again. For more help, email us at support@controlla-tv.com.Won’t connect and have to reinstall.
