Thanks for your feedback on the app. I've added the granular mortgage lengths feature so now it can be set to exact year lengths such as the 16 year term you mention. Regarding months, I think there is some confusion there. If you set the correct start date then the exact number of years and months remaining and the end date should be shown. There is no need to set an odd mortgage term in years and months for that. It would be great if you could check it again and consider modifying your review if it is satisfactory now.
