Disappointed
The app worked one time then I could load it again. I am receiving error “ Could not open app”. I try to reload and it still does not work. This app is a waste of time.
No more Roulette games
I downloaded the app because of the roulette games , it was so much fun, after that I used to place my order.
But they removed the roulette. So I deleted the app.

New app based points system bad idea
App is slow and poorly designed, have registered three times and still shows not completed even w staff seeing it done, no credits for sales transferred over from previous purchases. Has become a PIA to use. Too bad - was neat set up originally.
Outdated & Slow
This app really isn’t a app but rather a web page holder. It doesn’t properly record orders and rewards. It’s so clunky with its poor design and does not always save your information making you have to re log in everytime. Feels rushed and just not well thought out.
Unnecessary
It’s a web wrapper app. Everything loads slowly, even on Teahouse WiFi. My points from the old system didn’t transfer. Y’all had my loyalty before requiring my email address to get points on drink purchases — so tell me, how is this better?
Free Drink Scam
Back before there was an app it was any free drink, boba or not. Now it’s only 4.55 for a free drink?? I have to spend $60 to get one free drink and it cant even be the full amount. If that isn't that biggest money grab from a giant corporation I’ve ever seen! It’s called a free DRINK and y’all wanna market yourselves as a boba shop and still charge me for the boba
