Hard to navigate
It's tricky sometimes to navigate this app. It asked me for payment method confirmation multiple times, despite having confirmed my bank card. The map doesn't pick up accurate location.
Not good
When i first got it i had no problems. After a week it freezes every time i attempt to order a taxi.
Not better then alternatives
Not good. The app often crashes or glitches and does not show the route being taken by the taxi. The comfort rides are very confusing as some vans can carry 8 passengers, whilst other comfort van driver will I my allow 5 in the taxi despite having more open seats. I would honestly just use Uber or google translate with a normal taxi over this. This same confusion can be found with the luxury rides as well, where sometimes they can carry 4 passengers, and other times only 3, however the app will not let you know until after you have already paid the intial fee and the taxi driver tells you that they are unable to accommodate you.

Need sms or whatsapp
Useless without sms or whatsapp so you need an international plan or to download/verify whatsapp before you arrive in Korea

App gets stuck on credit card authorization with a pop up asking to disable pop up blocker… but it’s already disabled.
Extortionate platform fee.
Registering was difficult as the app kept crashing. They charge a flat 10% platform fee and then the add a further ‘other service’ charge. I contacted their customer service and was informed that this is “is generated flexibly through our system depending on the supply and demand at the time of your call”. The service fees they kept amount to 40% of the fare which is obviously unreasonable. Their support team couldn’t offer any clarification on what the additional 30% fee was for.
Use Uber in large cities which has more transparent pricing and adjusts estimated and actual fares at the end of each day rather than simply making up charges to keep your money. I will only use K.Ride in smaller cities when I absolutely have to.

Charge twice and no refund
To begin with, the service is very costly. Like 1.5 times more than the usual taxi fee. Even worse i was charged twice and the company refuses to pay saying that they are not service provider and i have to contact another company. DONT USE IT.
Very slow and laggy app
The app is very slow and laggy and hard to put the correct location. Taxi drivers were all very good and professional.
