The app is jittery.
Also, so many errors in the app. I tried to call taxi, and it says “try again”. After trying more than 5-10 times, I gave up. Using my Korean friend’s phone with the same starting point and the destination on the KakaoT app, it worked right away.
Overall, this app is flaky and sloppy. It doesn’t live up to the name “ K Ride”. Disappointed.

It appears that there are no vehicles available to call near the location you are calling from. k.ride is Blue, a brand taxi provided by Kakao Mobility to provide a good experience. We are offering vehicle items called Venti, Deluxe taxi, and Black. Additionally, the call logic has been improved with this update. In the past, there were some countries where text messages could not be sent due to each country's own SMS policy laws, but this has now been resolved. Authentication text messages are being sent normally to all countries, and users from numerous countries are using the service normally. We provide an auxiliary function so that you can receive a verification text message through What'sApp so that you can use it even in special cases where sending a text message is difficult.
