The app is jittery.

At the registration, I didn’t receive any text messages although the admin mentioned this bug is fixed through the previous review. I tried this app at the end of July 2024.Receiving the message only worked through what’s app which I had to download and register :(
Also, so many errors in the app. I tried to call taxi, and it says “try again”. After trying more than 5-10 times, I gave up. Using my Korean friend’s phone with the same starting point and the destination on the KakaoT app, it worked right away.
Overall, this app is flaky and sloppy. It doesn’t live up to the name “ K Ride”. Disappointed.

It appears that there are no vehicles available to call near the location you are calling from. k.ride is Blue, a brand taxi provided by Kakao Mobility to provide a good experience. We are offering vehicle items called Venti, Deluxe taxi, and Black. Additionally, the call logic has been improved with this update. Unable to use app

App provides an error message saying to disable pop-up blocker when trying to register a payment card.

Doesn’t work at all

App doesnt work, network error, cannot call any taxi thru the app

Still no code received

Even after the developer copy/paste same answer to all reviews that complained about no code being sent I don’t see any change.

In the past, there were some countries where text messages could not be sent due to each country's own SMS policy laws, but this has now been resolved. Authentication text messages are being sent normally to all countries, and users from numerous countries are using the service normally. We provide an auxiliary function so that you can receive a verification text message through What'sApp so that you can use it even in special cases where sending a text message is difficult. Can’t get confirmation code

In the US and have tried multiple times and different locations (inside and outside building) but I am not receiving the confirmation code. Does this only work in Korea?

Don’t bother with this app

Like the other reviews this app is unusable because I was never sent a confirmation text to my US number after many attempts

Unusable

Can’t do anything without verifying my phone number, but I never receive the verification code. Tried multiple times on multiple days, still won’t work. It’s irritating.
