Love it
Noel is simply a very wholesome guy but this app truly has everything, macros, education, and even a library of workout routines. The app even contains weight tracking and weekly goals to stay motivated. If the price is scaring you don’t worry because it even offers the workout routines for free but I would highly recommend purchasing premium as it unlocks soooo much.
