Censoring fans

I loved this app because it was one of the only free ways to actually interact with Stray Kids and see what they post. Now ya’ll are allowing their company to censor the fans who don’t have the membership? Anyone should be allowed to post on that app membership or not and it’s very disappointing that the app allows that type of censorship. Do better! ❤️🖤💚🤍

my posts keep getting deleted??

for some reason every time i post something it gets mass reported and deleted? idk what’s going on. i paid about a hundred dollars including shipping for the membership and now i can’t even post a photo of han or a text post about how much i love felix or it gets reported and taken down?? the only posts i do see are about how we should all support the new single and if we don’t we should get beat up??? it’s really weird and hostile and concerning. i just want to post cute photos of han i cannot believe i paid money to get harassed for something i don’t even know or care about.

Poor Moderation

Recent changes have really highlighted the poor moderation on the platform. Reports are almost exclusively done by fans, so there is no true vetting process on what is hidden — this can lead to reports done in retribution or pettiness, and no actual check if the user has broken TOS.

I do not recommend it, in addition I do not think it would be safe for any young person due to the bad moderation.

this app is poorly organized, annoying to navigate, and NOT geared towards social aspects. you cannot even connect with other users. plus no idols even use it to talk to the fans in the first place. and then the skz policy update is just ridiculous.

Ridiculous New Rules

FANS just implemented new rules that completely ruin the entire experience and destroy the whole purpose of the community to SILENCE people. I was on there when it started up, and (1) most groups don't even use it, and (2) the community on there is so toxic that you can't even share information or fun pictures without getting reported.

Where were these features when there was ACTUAL harassment on the platform?

All in all, an incredibly messy platform that is now pretty much unusable and unenjoyable. Deleted my whole account and everything.

Misleading and Disappointing

If i could give this app zero stars I would but unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can give. Aside from all the issues during this apps launch (buggy, very slow and laggy, unable to verify phone numbers, etc.) It is also very misleading that they don’t tell you in order to get any use out of the app you have to make out of app purchases to access pretty much anything.

Not allowed to say anything

This app used to be okay, but then people started expressing genuine concerns and now even the most innocent of posts get blinded. What even is the point? You’ll just censor anything that isn’t sunshine and rainbows? The artists are grown ups, they can handle some feedback, don’t pretend that the censoring is to protect them.

I don’t feel connected to the artists at all

For an app that was created to allow fans all over the world to connect with their artists it has become very classist as I’m no longer allowed to view posts now (unless I pay for the membership). Also I’m dumbfounded by the censorship that’s happening now in the form of “protecting the artists” when as fans we’ve been begging for MONTHS for the protection of the artists and at every serious instance our complaints have been ignored.

Jype is ruining like single good image and experience associated with skz right now and everything they stood for since debut (district 9 being their debut track). I’ve never felt so detached from stray kids and the fandom as a whole as I do now.

Always changing and not in a good way

From the day this app was launched to now, it’s constantly changing the rules and regulations for use. And with everything that it’s changing it’s not helping the artist or the fans in anyway. The app is a complete scam
