Everything gets mass reported and taken down within 2 minutes, all of which are harmless posts.

Unfortunate Updates

At first this application allowed fans to communicate with Stray Kids, without a paywall. Which was a great thing for those who can’t afford to pay for a membership. However that has since changed, and now this app is being monitored through AI and simple photos of Stray Kids are being blocked from being posted. It’s disgusting the lengths this company will go to, to avoid taking accountability for supporting problematic individuals. Please read these reviews and take time to reflect on your decisions as a company and divest your funding from problematic institutions, and people. Do better.

the app was completely a mess for the first few months, they have now changed access rules for specific artists and and consistently deleting posts for little to no reason

Decent but Needs Major Work

This app was supposed to be an alternative for Bubble but the app is very janky. To access most of the in app features you have to buy the fan club membership on a separate, unaffiliated website to access perks like making posts and interacting with members postings.

This app is also heavily censoring fans content which is ironic when the same issue happened in bubble and the company never had the same response. Members were being bullied and no one was removed nor large announcements made about said bullying and harassment.

Problems with posts

So many posts keep getting restricted for ridiculous reasons. They say it's to protect the artists, but they restrict many posts that are not harmful or hateful to the artists. If you use this app, you will hardly be able to post anything, so it's a waste.

Terrible

Since I first got this app, I had a very hard time trying to activate my account via phone number. Since then, the app has been nothing but glitchy and laggy and I have noticed that some of my posts get taken down with no reasoning or explanation given. I will no longer be using this app in the future.

Got this app to have fun interactions but its super buggy and sometimes deletes my post for no reason. You can’t even post a picture of stray kids cause it’ll either never upload or just be deleted it’s super weird they need to fix this

App is misleading

First of all, there is major censorship going on in this app. The company is discouraging people who are trying to use their voice. This is very disappointing. Second of all, they require people to purchase things outside of the app. This is false advertising! It’s supposed to be a free app for fans!

No value w/o $ & censors unfairly

JYPE has just updated the app so that you can basically do/see NOTHING without paying for a membership. On top of that, the app now automatically takes down ANY post about activism, and any post or photo that involves the colors green/black/red even if the post has NOTHING to do with Palestine. You can’t even post a photo of a skz member wearing a green shirt or it gets deleted by the app. All of this because JYPE is trying to silence fans and to such an extreme extent. I hope the company is ashamed.
