Worst app, I don’t recommend
What’s worse is that I was unexpectedly charged a $31 recurring subscription without clear consent or proper notification. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t prioritize its customers or offer proper support for issues like this.
I would not recommend this app to anyone. There are far better alternatives available with transparent billing practices and responsive customer support. Save your money and avoid this app at all costs!

Disappointing Experience with Mindway
From a features perspective, the app is underwhelming. It essentially functions as a basic journal for logging thoughts, offering nothing groundbreaking or innovative. Overall, I found the product to be lacking in value and transparency.
I have been charged an additional £24 of which they will not refund and have now stopped replying to my emails.
This is just a well marketed sub-standard product and I would recommend you avoid.

Update: I have also reached out to their customer service via email. They replied to my email twice and have ignored my follow up emails since. Very unprofessional organization.

Awful don’t buy
Stay off social media, drink water, write a journal, it suggests that they have psychology based approach? 🤷🏽♀️. I’m know psychologist but I would say don’t waste your money guys you can get this good stuff off Google and put daily reminders on your phone. I also purchased via the web so I wasn’t made aware that it’s a subscription. Thankfully I emailed them to ask for a refund that they are currently refusing and they said they would cancel my subscription other wise I wouldn’t have realized. This was not made aware to me during the purchasing process.
I am now going to get my bank to investigate , it may be just £11 but that’s now in someone else’s pocket for a service I have not used.
