The user experience is not very clear and relies on the user inputting a lot of regular information which isn't very clear or intuitive.
After 2 weeks I had to give up as it was more hassle than it was worth.
I was hoping as I was sold an annual membership that was better value that a little discretion be shown as I had the annual membership, but all I got was a basic "we have a no refund policy" giving that I could have purchased a monthly subscription and cancelled after one month, I found this refusal to consider a partial refund shocking.
Not only is the product rubbish, but the customer service is also rubbish.
